Amphion Consort

Jennifer Bennett, a key musician in the Amphion Consort, will play a wide range of early instruments from the renaissance and baroque period such as the violin, viola da gamba, renaissance flute, guitar. Combining the old and the new she creates her own compositions and uses a loop pedal to weave beautiful layers of sounds into a rich tapestry of colours and rhythm. 'I have personally never seen violin-playing like it: virtuosic, fluid and free' - The Idler Academy
'passionate, soulful and intelligent' - director of Handel House Museum
